1. Tapping on the Profile displays Profile and Settings- to View profile, change settings (Notifications and Sounds), more about app. & Terms of Use , Care Plan, HELP& Support, RATE, OnCare360 and Logout.

1. To view profile, click on View Profile/Card that redirects to profile page

1. Prescribed- added by PC/ Provide
2. Others- added by patient

The Medications has the following fields-

a. Medicine Name

b. Unit

c. Dose

d. Frequency

e. Period

f. Start Date

g. End Date

h. Timing
