  1. Click on More section, User gets the calls list scheduled with the type of the call and other details.

  1. Patient will be able to accept, reject or reschedule the call.
  2. Accept will accept the call.
  3. Reject will reject the scheduled call.
  4. Reschedule will allow user to enter desired Date and time for the call.

  1. On top right corner, patient can click on ‘phone call’ icon to select the type of call(audio or video) and request for the call with reason.

  1. Reschedule will allow patient to enter his/her date/time of his/her choice
  2. Patient receives a call notification, whenever there is a call initiated by the Provider.

  1. Patient receives notification when a Provider calls and Patient can join as the join call option gets enabled 5 min before the call whilst running clock-ticker.

  1. Patient receives notification when a call is scheduled, Clock- ticker is activated and runs, patient will get reminder 1 day, 1 hr and 15 min before the scheduled call time.
  2. When the provider clicks on Meet now button, then the Patient receives the link to join the call via Email and SMS.
  3. When the patient clicks on the link/ Button, he will be redirected to Chrome page - Whereby, where he will be asked a few permissions and once the permissions are granted. He will need to click on the Knock button to join the call.
  4. He will be in the Waiting room, the Provider needs to let the patient in. And once the patient joins, the timer starts.
  5. In this way, the call is initiated between the Provider and Patient.
  6. Once the call is done, you can view the Call end time and the Duration in the Calls screen as shown below.
