Patient Medications

  1. To view and track the patient's medications, click on the brief case icon in the Patient's listing - Quick Actions.

  1. You will see Patient's dashboard, which displays the following:
  • Basic Patient Details
  • Diagnosis - Add/ Edit
  • Medications - Add/ Edit
  • Allergies - Add/ Edit
  • Clinical Time
  • View Complete Patient Profile button
  • Call and Message Patient
  1. Here, you can see an accordion on top, it can be expanded and closed when needed. By default, the patient details accordion will be closed.

  1. And, once when clicked on the expand button, you can see the expanded Patient details as follows. On the left, you can also view a call icon beside the Mobile, that is used to call the patient on his cell.

  1. The following Tabs below the Patient details:

Daily Adherence

a. To view and track the Active, Inactive and Deleted Medications on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis. In Daily Adherence Tab, we can view the period, frequency, and time to be taken for the respective medications.

b. In Daily Adherence Tab, we can view the period, frequency, and time to be taken for the respective medications.

c. Active Medications are the medicines that are being taken by the Patient and have the course duration on, Inactive Medications are the medicines which were taken by the patient and can either be continued or be deleted, Deleted Medications are the medicines which are not needed by the patients based on the Patient's condition and recovery status.

d. Color coding of the progress bars is based on the below adherence percentage

  • 90 and above - Green
  • 75 to 90 - Amber
  • Less than 75 - Red

Summary

a. To view the adherence, and dose of the Medications on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis.

b. We can make a note of total medicines taken/ missed with the Adherence percentage.

c. Color coding of the bars is based on the below adherence percentage

  • 90 and above - Green
  • 75 to 90 - Amber
  • Less than 75 - Red
