The latest release for OnCare360 is now live. These updates focus on expanding care team flexibility, optimising PDF rendering performance, enhancing portal diagnostics, and introducing safeguards around service discontinuations to ensure clinical compliance and operational efficiency.
π¬ Communication & Notification Enhancements
- Flexible SMS Destination Numbers: You can now dispatch SMS messages to custom or secondary phone numbers beyond the primary phone numbers listed on the patient profile.
- Direct Notification Deep-Linking: Clicking on an SMS notification now routes you directly to that specific patient's SMS conversation thread, saving time and context-switching.
π©Ί Clinical Workflows & Care Management
- CCM+ Label Management: Added labelling specifically tailored for Chronic Care Management (CCM+), which will be automatically assigned when there is an active device and the RPM service has been discontinued.
- Medication Dosage Quantity Field: Added a dedicated Dosage Quantity field to the Medication Management module for more accurate prescribing and tracking.
- Clinical Time Service Editing: Care teams now have the ability to retroactively edit or update the specific service type assigned to logged Clinical Time entries.
- Discontinue Service Safeguards: Introduced a required confirmation popup when discontinuing RPM or CCM services to prevent accidental discharge or removal.
- Standardised Discontinue Reasons: Optimised and aligned Discontinue (DC) reason selections across CCM, RPM, APCM, PCM, and RTM modules for consistent reporting.
β‘ System Performance & Portal Diagnostics
- Native Text PDF Optimisation: Upgraded system PDF rendering from image-based formats to selectable, search-optimised native text format, improving document quality, speed, and file size.
- Network Health Diagnostic: The portal now displays live Network Speed and Latency metrics featuring a visual, colour-coded status indicator (Green/Yellow/Red) to help troubleshoot connection issues in real time.

- Clinical Time Spent Filtering: Easily filter patient lists based on the total Clinical Time Spent within the current month.
- Optimised Alert Sorting: Prioritise your workload efficiently by sorting Critical Alerts by Rule, or narrowing your view to display Active Alerts only.
- Standardised ICD-10 Code Formatting: Updated ICD-10 code formatting across the entire platform to align with standard medical coding conventions and improve readability.
- Streamlined Main Notes: Removed the Duration Input Field from the main notes section to reduce visual clutter and eliminate redundant data entry.

- Interactive Communication Check for RPM Claims: To ensure strict adherence to compliance guidelines, the system now enforces a mandatory interactive communication check before an RPM claim can be generatedβpreventing billing errors and guaranteeing all clinical prerequisites are met.
π Communication & Documentation Automation
- Phone Call Prompts & Automated Logging: When resolving critical alerts or conducting chart reviews, the platform now provides an inline Phone Call Prompt. Automated clinical documentation logic instantly logs these interactions to eliminate manual data entry.
- Enhanced Call Templates: Record requests in Call Templates now explicitly display both the Questions and their corresponding Answers, capturing complete context within the patient's record.

The scheduled platform release has been successfully completed. The platform is now fully available, and several key enhancements have been deployed. These updates are intended to improve platform performance, streamline clinical workflows, and provide greater visibility into patient interactions and clinical activities.
- Comprehensive Activity Streams: Call Logs and SMS Conversations are now displayed directly on the Patient Dashboard for a centralised interaction history.
- Precise Communication Timestamps: SMS messages now show the exact date and time instead of relative time labels (like "2 hours ago"), improving audit trails.
- Advanced Query Filtering: Updated the Clinical Query filtering logic from OR to AND conditions (or provided a toggle option where applicable) to deliver more precise search results.
- Alert Volume Insights: Added the ability to view Critical Alert volumes segmented by applied label or filter.
- Expanded Documentation: Increased the Critical Alert closure notes character limit to 1,000 characters to accommodate comprehensive care summaries.
- Intervention Section Polish: Updated the Care Plan β Intervention section formatting and labelling for improved readability.
- Manual Consent Tracking: Added an optional Manual Consent Date field across all services.
- Special Character Support: Enabled full support for special characters (such as less than and greater than signs) in Chart Review Notes without causing formatting errors.
- Granular Time Tracking: Optimised the Clinical Time Doughnut Chart to display billable and non-billable time separately.
- Clutter-Free Care Plans: Inactive medications are now automatically excluded from the Care Plan Summary.
- Vitals Performance Boost: The Vital Signs Parameters tab now defaults to displaying the most recent 30 days of readings for faster loading times and relevant data viewing.
- In-App Tracking Links: Added direct tracking links within the "Delivery Tracking Details" side panel for seamless shipment monitoring.
- Continua Device Tracking: Added IMEI numbers to device details specifically for Continua devices to streamline inventory management.
- Proactive Reminders: Updated the CCM Call Due Reminder trigger logic to ensure timely care coordinator outreach.
- Dynamic Tab Visibility: The Medications, Survey, Journal, and Activity tabs are now automatically hidden when the Patient App is not enabled, cleaning up the workspace for providers.

Example: "Alert for 3 consecutive days of readings where SBP > 140."
- Resolved Timer Overlap Issue: Fixed a bug where the Phone Call Timer overlapped with the Chart Timer during active workflows. Timers will now render correctly without blocking UI elements.
- Multiple Attachments for Support Tickets: You can now attach more than one file to Support Tickets for more comprehensive issue reporting and documentation.
- Time Stamps on Notes: Added precise timestamping to patient and system notes for improved tracking, compliance, and audit visibility.
- Color-Coding for Custom Patient Labels: Visual organization just got better. You can now assign distinct colors to custom patient labels for rapid identification and categorization.
- Filter by Label on Critical Alerts Page: Navigate and prioritize urgent issues faster by filtering the Critical Alerts page using your custom patient labels.
