  • Upon successful authentication, you will be directed to the patients tab as the landing page as Patient list.

  • Click on the Call & SMS Tab to navigate.

Calls Tab:

  • In the Call & SMS Tab, there will be two sections: one for Calls and the other for SMS. By default, it will be in the Calls tab.
  • Whenever there is an incoming call, outgoing call, or voicemail received or sent, the corresponding records will be visible here.
  • Here we have 5 categories: incoming, outgoing, missed, voicemail, and an all option. These categories act as filters to refine the data based on category selection.
  1. Incoming Call: If the patient initiates a call to the healthcare provider, the interaction is categorized as an incoming call.
  2. Outgoing Call: If the provider/program coordinator contacts the patient, then that interaction is categorised as an outgoing call.
  3. Missed Call: If the provider/ program coordinator misses the call or the patient misses the call
  4. Voice mail: When the patient or provider/program coordinator is unable to answer the call, a voice message can be left, categorising it as a voice mail.

  • There is a search field available for searching records by caller name and receiver's name.

  • With the duration filter, you can refine the records based on the selected duration.
  • You can initiate a phone call by selecting the phone icon located next to the receiver's name in each record.

  • There is also an option to download the call records. To download the recording, click on the more icon and from there you can download the recording.

SMS Tab:

When you select the SMS tab, the sub-tab will default to All Messages tab.

  • You can utilize a search field to search for patients by their names.
  • Within this tab, you have the ability to engage in individual conversations with patients.

  • You can initiate a phone call by selecting the phone icon located at the right end as shown in the image above.
  • We also have the capability to send a "New SMS" to the patient who is not present in the message list by clicking on the "New SMS" button.
  • Upon clicking the "New SMS" button, a pop-up modal will appear where you need to select the service type (for clinical time). Once you have selected the service after pop-up modal will appear, allowing you to select a patient.


  • Click on the select patient input filed where you will select the list of patient.


  • Compose your message and click send. The message will then be sent.

SMS Broadcast:

  • In this broadcast feature, you can create a group to send messages to multiple recipients simultaneously. and the message will be one way, meaning you will not receive any replies from the recipients in the group collectively; instead, responses will be received individually.
  • You can utilize a search field to search for group names.

  • In order to create a group, please click on the "New SMS" button. A pop-up model will appear where you need to select the service type (for clinical time). Once you have selected the service, a pop-up model will appear, allowing you to select the list of patients you would like to add to the group. Write your message and click on send. Subsequently, the group will be created and you can view it in the SMS Broadcast list.

  • If you wish to assign a name to the group, you can do so by clicking on the edit icon as demonstrated below.

  • Upon clicking the edit button, a pop-up modal will appear for you to enter your group name.

  • If you wish to view all the patients in the group, click on the Info icon. You will see the list of patients who are in that particular group.


If you desire to close the information, please click on the "X" icon located at the top right corner.
