Patient Journal

1. To view the patient's Journal, click on the briefcase icon in the Patient's listing - Quick Actions.

   

2. As you can see an accordion on top, it can be expanded and closed when needed. By default, the patient details accordion will be closed.

1. And, once when clicked on the expand button, you can see the expanded Patient details as follows. On the left, you can also view a call icon beside the Mobile, that is used to call the patient on his cell.

   

2. Click on the Journal tab, to view Patient Journal. There are 2 sub tabs as follows:

• Daily Status
• Notes

1. By default, Daily Status tab is active. You can also select the period by clicking on Duration at the top-right.
2. Journals for each day is shown with smileys and respective emotion.

• Happy smiley in Green - Great
• Poker face smiley in Yellow - Okay
• Sad face smiley in Red - Struggling

1. These smileys are shown date wise indicating the users recorded reactions.
2. We can use the left and right arrows at the end to navigate between days.
3. To view the Notes, click on the Notes tab.
4. When the patient submits a journal, the Date, emotion and the notes he mentioned can be viewed here.
