Patient Journal

To view the patient’s journal, click the briefcase icon in the Patient’s listing under Quick Actions.

As you can see, there is an accordion at the top. It can be expanded and closed whenever needed. By default, the patient details accordion will be closed.

Once you click the expand button, you will be able to view the Expanded Patient details as follows. On the left side, you can also see a call icon next to the Mobile number, which is used to call the patient on his cell.

1. Click the Journal tab to view the Patient Journal. There are two subtabs:
   • Daily Status
   • Notes
2. By default, the Daily Status tab is active. You can also select the desired period by clicking Duration in the top-right corner.
3. Journals for each day are displayed with smileys and the corresponding emotion.

• Happy smiley in Green - Great
• Poker face smiley in Yellow - Okay
• Sad face smiley in Red - Struggling

• These smileys are displayed by date to indicate the users’ recorded reactions.
• You can use the left and right arrows at the end to navigate between days.
• To view the Notes, click the Notes tab.
• When the patient submits a journal, the Date, emotion, and the notes he or she mentioned can be viewed here.
